I am just back from Croft Castle-final clear up!
Thank you to everyone who took part in the event, you all made it the success it was. It was the largest event Croft have ever undertaken and they are all very happy with the outcome. There were just under 3300 visitors over the weekend and all the feedback and comments I received were all positive. The local primary school at Kingsland have decided to do The Battle of Mortimer's Cross as a project this term ( I had met with the head teacher a few months back to promote the event) and a lot of the school kids turned up to watch.
Date for your diaries: Sept 10th & 11th 2016 at Croft Castle!
Once again THANK YOU-you are all amazing at what you do and it is very much appreciated.
Jason

Re: Mortimer's Cross 2015-Thank you
If anyone is looking for a brilliant place to end the Summer season next year, they would do well to consider this one. We had a lovely time, great site, enthusiastic staff at the castle, good trade, and a dry tent to cap it off. Thanks Jason, if it's on, we'll be back.
