whats the best WW1 re-enactor forum...?
http://www.griffinhistorical.com. A delicious decadent historical trifle. Thick performance jelly topped with lashings of imaginative creamy custard. You may also get a soggy event management sponge finger but it won't cost you hundreds and thousands.

The quick answer is, there isn't one. Once upon a time there was a European one, but then they decided that anyone who did WW2 LH (even British) has questionable politics so they banned most members...
So then another British one was started but I think has tech issues, so we mainly post in groups on FB. Our small core of GW LH has suddenly expanded as people clamour to get involved in GW events.

Sadly yes, if you drop me a message on FB if you want your recruiting post shared I can put it on?
I think forums for a lot of us have had their day and we do tend to rely more on our own FB pages.
