and if you are is there any questions you need answering
and if your not can i ask why (in case whe can fix the problem)

Yep...'The Militia Living History Group' are planning to be there - in our Prussian guise (1/3rd Silesian Landwehr) aka 'The Fighting Traffic Wardens'. There should be around 20-odd of us (approx 16 firers plus camp doxies and odd-bods). You'll be able to find our location by the smell of slowly bubbling Silesian pork and cabbage stew and the glugging of much beer (but certainly NOT before going out to give a jolly good thrashing to Les Crapeauds). A few of us might even 'posh ourselves up' for the Officers' Ball on the Saturday evening (the rough 'soldiery' we shall leave outside with their black bread, cabbage and flatus).

welcome silesian landwher, and yep whe have you on the list and i shall definetley be down for some of that bread and pork but dont forget otherwise food is provided

amonsgt others whe have just confirmed! the teodoro reding are comeing to the event, jon valera (orginiser of salamanca) is coming with 10 others from spain and they like everybody else are much welcome!

last I heard it had moved, for this year only I believe, to South Park, Hunton Court, West Street, Hunton, ME15 0OA.
I have looked on Google Maps and used the little gold man to have a look around. I f I was looking at the right place looked like a school playing field, goal posts and all.

sorry it took so long to respond ive been busy

have a search for "South Lodge" hunton village

and the site is the large 2 tone green fields below the lodge nice and big!

if you use the little gold man to walk up and down you can see over the hedge its a good mixed site

with South Lodge on the right is it the fields then on the right or left?
What are the 'facilities' ie water,wood,washing,pubs,takeaways etc
Give us enough info to make a decision as to come or not, it is a long way to come for many and needs to be worth it.
Who has commited so far.
