Early Music Fayre Greenwich

Postby busy mole » Mon Nov 13, 2006 11:53 am

We were lucky enough to get to the Greenwich Early Music Fayre last weekend, an amazing range of instruments. from Serpents with real serpent skin! to tabors.
Best news of all for us at least is we can now get Mediva and Bardos CDs and Dolmetsch recorders, really chuffed about these. Will hopefully have them on the website in a little while.

There are some really skilled craftsmen and women producing these instruments it is heartening to see so many

Will have the CDs at Ludlow and maybe even some of the recorders by then.

And then to cap it all HMS Illustrous was in the Thames !!!!

Greenwich Early Music Festival is always lovely - and I always spend far too much money...
