Christmas Concerts

Following a successful tour in the Spring, Passamezzo will be taking
their new concert programme, 'Music for a Renaissance Christmas' to
10 venues in December.
They will perform a festive programme of carols, broadside ballads,
dance tunes, lutesongs and consort music.

Performed by candlelight in Elizabethan costume.

Nice to see some Tudor music being performed, most a bit of a distance from us, but Warwick looks promising. Is the program likely to be from the tracks on the link?

Hi Helen
The music won't include the tracks on the link as those are from our cd (from our tour in April), but will be similar in style. (English and Scottish music, mainly Elizabethan and Jacobean, including a couple of songs newly transcribed from manuscript sources...)
Do hope you can come to the Warwick concert!
