Hi
I am looking at getting back into reenactment after falling out of it for a while. I am specifically looking for any groups based in guildford covering 900 to 1100 or possibly earlier. A google search throws up little in my area.
I am also looking to learn some English martial arts. I know there is englishmartialart.com who are local but the website seems no longer running.
Thank you for your help.

I live near Guildford and the only one I have heard of locally are Historia Normannis who do C12th but I know nothing about them.
Contact details :-
07900 923214
Headley Rd
Grayshott
GU26 6JL
Is where they meet to practice (I think?)
They are also on Facebook
http://www.normannis.co.uk/wp/?page_id=7066
If you fancy playing with guns and blackpowder though do get in touch with me.
Ref martial arts : Matt Easton was trying to set something up in the area. Not sure if it happened or is still going. Try sending him a message.

Conquest South Eastern group is based in Guildford and we are in touch
Yes we are now having groups and it seems to be working

There’s a country in Europe where they treat their ex soldiers with pride no waits for medical treatment after injuries received during service, no amensia from the government. Cant for the life of me recall where it is but I know exactly where it is not.

There are some historical fencing classes (small sword I think?) starting at Broadwater School in Godalming this month. Somewhere I have a flyer. Will post details if I can find it.
