Hi guys,
I'm completely new to reenactment and am really keen to get stuck in. I'm a history student and am particularly interested in the medieval, in particular early medieval period. Would anyone be able to give me some info about groups in Hertfordshire/not too far from NW London? I've had a look around at some of the national groups and have enquired, but no responses yet so I'm looking closer to home!
Many thanks

Hi Janash
For Early Medieval history (410 ad to 1066 ad) , the 2 biggest societies are the Vikings and Regia Anglorum
http://www.vikingsonline.org.uk/
http://www.regia.org/
They both have groups all over the country, so should be able to point you in the right direction
