Looking to join an Oxford or Oxford, Reading based group with regular practice evenings/days.

Ideally early to late medieval but open to new periods.

Hi Tiddles,

we're from Oxford and are in a group called the Companions of the Crow (www.carlsprake.co.uk/crows). We practice in crawley near Witney, at the Crawley Inn on a Sunday afternoon - weather and life depending!

Mostly we're 14th/15thC, but have a fair bit of flexibility.

All the best,

Denise

I may be wrong but most martial arts clubs charge around £5 a class to cover hall hire cost.
I know that was the case when i was doing Systema & Krav Maga.

I do not question the cost.
Its just I cant afford it although it dues look interesting.

I think I saw them at "Colours" at the Reading Hexagon a few years back.

Hi Tiddles,

The Wychwood Warriors are a dark age group and we train in central Oxford. Our first practice of the season, aimed at new members, is on Sunday 10th October. Might be a bit early for you, but if you fancy trying out a different period you'd be very welcome to come along. We charge an annual membership, no fee for training as we fight outside.
