What to use.. flag making..

Post by Strickland »

Making up some flags/banners, Im happy to do it but havent really tackled it before, so a little puzzled as in the best way to go regarding what to make them from. Im not using anything synthetic so its possibly cotton. Some durability is required too so any advice folks please would be super!

Cheers!

Neil

Do you want to be able to wash them ?

Debs has made banners from cotton linen and silk all work it's the thinking through after made that usually influences the choice (oh and budget :D _
There’s a country in Europe where they treat their ex soldiers with pride no waits for medical treatment after injuries received during service, no amensia from the government. Cant for the life of me recall where it is but I know exactly where it is not.

Silk moves nicely in the wind. Linen can be more easily painted.
