Ladies Regency Shoes

Post by Miss Costello »

Having trawled some sites (and having looked at lots of pictures where people seem to be wearing modern ballet pumps) I wondered if anyone makes good regency womens shoes or boots?

polish bolkes in Derbyshire and I think Morgan and Kevin too

not my period so i amy be wrong
There’s a country in Europe where they treat their ex soldiers with pride no waits for medical treatment after injuries received during service, no amensia from the government. Cant for the life of me recall where it is but I know exactly where it is not.

I've seen Kevin's Regency slippers - nice. You might also try Peter Prince Shoes - he does multiperiod and nice work.

Hi everyone :-)

Just a quick heads up on Regency lady's shoes.

Kevin Garlick makes some but just slippers
Peter Prince has stopped making shoes (I bought all his kit!)
Morgan Hubbard Seems he makes C18th
Sarah Juniper makes some but best call her
Me... I make C18th ... Have started doing research and have made a couple of prototypes.

I think the issue for us guys is that there are similar shoes in the high street shops....

If you want more help please do not hesitate to contact me. Preferably via e-mail.

Andy :-)
Beer time!
