I have some news.
This year we prepare the biggest edition of Times & Epochs and collect all epochs in Moscow from 1st to 12th of June.

I apologize that I write you now only. It is a very short period before the event and you have already plans for summer.
We got the confirmation about the event from our Government on the last week only.
May be you can come not for the whole period but for 3-4 days.
We can provide trip refund, visa support, hotel and cultural program.
hope you or somebody from your team can join us this summer.
This year it is another kind of event that it was in 2014.
It is more than one festival but 5 festivals and several city locations in different parks in Moscow.

Dates: 1-12 of June.
Epochs: multi fest from Iron age to 50s of XX century.
Locations: parks and boulevards in Moscow.
Number of participants: 5000 (our dream).
Trip refund: yes
Visa: yes
Sleep at the hotel and live in the camp during the day or it will be tent with worktable only.
Cultural program: excurssions, conferences,
Reenactors shouldn't be all in costumes and sit on the platform during the whole day, they can change clothes, travel between festivals and visit lections and other workshops or museums.

They are looking for re-enactors from all periods- this is an astounding event, I did it in 2014 and the scale is immense- we had crowds of 251,000 over the weekend- if you are interested, PM and I shall put you in touch with Daria

Let me see, if I have this correct. You are being asked to supply names of people (and indeed groups) who would be willing to attend an event in Moscow, the capital of the Russian Federation??? Personally speaking I would give a very polite "Thank you, but I do not think I am able to" because I am convinced that anyone going to Russia who is not Russian runs the risk of not being able to leave Russia unless they promise to support President Putin in everything he does.

We did it in 2014, without problems, but perhaps times have indeed changed- still it is an amazing event.

For 17th Century Re-enactors wishing to attend, there is now a Facebook group, ECW in Moscow, for anyone who wishes to go.

1st of June retro train will come to the station with passangers in histotical costumes. It is vip event and a lot of people from government will come also.
8 of June will be War and Peace in memorial park.
Which dates are more convinient for you?

And during the whole week there will be "street of history" on Tverskoy bulevard with museums and projects.
No big battles this year exept 17th century, it will be convention of reenactors.
Dates for 17th century are the same:
10 of June preparation and day for coming.
11 - the main program
12 - end.
Street of history will take all epochs who can't come during the main dates, foreigners especially and different museums and assosiations''
