Embroidered badge

Post by Sledge »

This is a trefoil badge (one of a set of 6) that I hand embroidered in silk for a friend.

about 3 - 4 days - just working on it in the evenings after work. I was motivated to do it - because it was something different to have a go at.

Also obtaining the original picture to work from was interesting - I got it via Lord Willoughby de Broke - the present Earl of Warwick

Very pretty. Love to see them in person sometime.
