Tudor May Day Festival at Speke Hall, NT.

Post by Ali Hamilton »

Hi All

I've an open invitation to all 16th Century traders for the Tudor May Day Festival at Speke Hall, part of the National Trust, a Tudor half timbered mansion on the outskirts of Liverpool.

Last year we had in excess of 2000 visitors over the two day event, this year we expect around 2500-3000 people over three days. We have a full range of activities and attractions, including archery, quill writing, Tudor etiquette lessons, dancing, musicians, story-telling, posy-making, birds of prey demonstrations, and a farmer's market with cider sellers, hog roast and steak sizzle.

If you would like a FREE pitch/exhibition space/sales area at this event, please contact me on 0151 728 5833 or ali.hamilton@nationaltrust.org.uk.

We can offer basic camping facilities in a secure location, please ask for details.

Please contact me if you would like more information.
