I have been asked a few times about bellows for my forges, anyone here able to make some forge bellows if asked.
need to be reasonably high pressure and to give a looonnngg blast so maybe large double acting with a weight for one way.
dont have any orders for them but would be interested in knowing who I could suggest if the need arose.
have no idea about period or style as that would be up to the customer.

Geoffrey Peiters ate Iceny. Makes fantastic double lung bellows. Not the authenti tear drop type I know. But work fantatstically in the field and where you normally have a lack of volunteers to stand and pump all day for you. The double lungs make single working very achievable.

Our teams are over three years old now.

Try Vic James,

Usually makes lots of tents but also makes other stuff including bellows.

A friend i knew a long time ago a blacksmith, for her portable forge she used to use a set of box bellows she made and they worked fairly well, the blacksmith in question was Bryony Driver of green wood tools who is sadly no longer with us i was lucky enough to have the pleasure of working with her
