Before Cowley's food emporium trundles along, I offer my services as a recipe transcriber for recipe books and notes. Recently fulfilled a commission for a Royal Palace for exactly that, preens with pride...

So if any of you food heads want a nicely written, properly written late medieval cook book let me know. I can suppy pics in due course.

Up t'me elbows in tarred hats (alright, only 2) but I've not had much chance to lounge around like you two =op plus the Mem' is grumbling 'bout the phone bill, broadband is looking more attractive but only after we move.
