I shall split the difference and go back in time for a year only..
Perhaps life was harder, perhaps life could be a constant round of planning the foodstocks and Farming year,perhaps some of their medical knowledge was flawed
but just maybe..They lived in communities where they were needed,respected and trusted..where they may have lived shorter but richer lives in close proximity to loved ones in the certain knowledge that there is a God and Saints dictating all.
The things we take for granted they know nothing of, but what have we lost along the way which they experienced every day?
I'd like to go back,for a while.. just to find out.

Excellent post Mark !!!! agree with you 100% :wink: maybe we have advanced in certain areas to the present day, but - as you say - there are so many things we may have lost.
