A fine bunch of fellows indeed, brave chap front left, to still be smiling when exposing so much thigh to such conditions... :*

I've worn me kilt in bracing conditions and still found it plenty warm.

'Twas not the wearing of the kilt in the cold per se, good Sir, but the kneeling in the snow, and allowing ventilation with a jaunty lift of the knee... brave fellow 8-)

You all look brilliant!
Still sad that we couldn't make it. I look forward to C18th fun and frolics next year, and the unveiling of Tarquin Farquar XXXIII.

Madam Catherine the (brothel) Respectable Tavern Keeper, by Appointment to His King-Across-the-Water-ness, Bonnie Prince Charlie. :*

My knee was blue after kneeling down for a while. When I say blue I mean a different shade of blue to the colour I nomally am.
It really was fun in the snow :D

A very good reason to wear a sporran and a dirk... It holds the kilt down.

Tod, yes, you really were blue. And white... Is that some sort of Jacobite symbolism? And here's me, the frosty Norwegian Jacobite only turning red on my knees...

Cheers,
Henrik
