Recent project

Postby gregory23b » Tue Aug 11, 2009 12:36 pm

Just finished and despatched this to the client, he has given me permission to post the pics.

This is a common place book, the client wanted to have something that might reflect his persona's rank.

The book contains:
A device on he first page
A list of ordinance
Two metal point sketched of ordinance
A piece of poetry on fencing/swordsmanship
some sundry recipes

The client supplied the text, I wrote it up and did the rest.
Flap book is calf, dyed with brazil red
Paper - usual conservation museum grade
Ink - oak gall
Brass point for the drawing.

I am a snob and I am proud of it but I also like a good poo joke every now and then too.
