Train des equipage: Uniform

Postby Daniel Ezra » Mon Jun 08, 2009 10:40 am

Can anyone tell me where I would find a picture of the uniform of an officer on the French Imperial Train des Equipages?

even better if it is an officer of La Garde.

Yours

Thanks Grymm

I have come accross this site, but I am not suere as to quality (I hope it isn't you).

I had a look and was unimpressed by his British uniform, though this one does seem to have the correct cut & colour.

I've got the Rouselot guides which have the Train of Artillery in very good detail. It is the waggon train I'm interested in here.

By the way, Tiny, both your jackets should be done by Waterloo.
