To me, this company looks on a par with many of the internet "middlemen" companies, which seem to be increasingly becoming the norm.
Some of the stuff looks OK, other items are frankly awful: to my mind not fit for LRP, let alone anything calling itself re-enactment.....
However good a deal you can apparently get from this type of company, with some care you can get a better deal by buying direct from a specialist maker: if it seems to be to good to be true, it usually is!

I'd second what Chris says but I will add I have worked with these guys on a festival project in Spain and they are nice honest guys who won't take your money and run.
http://www.griffinhistorical.com. A delicious decadent historical trifle. Thick performance jelly topped with lashings of imaginative creamy custard. You may also get a soggy event management sponge finger but it won't cost you hundreds and thousands.

Have just ordered a lot more stuff for a project and its been plain sailing all the way. Ruffino came back with answers pretty much by return, sorted payment promptly and within hours i had tracking info of my parcel being dispatched. Will report when it arrives.
