Does anyone know where I can find a source for the wording of a licence to undertake pilgrimage in 1536, please?

Try Googling the words 'Pilgrim's licence/wording' and see what you get.

I did this for Beggar's tokens/badges, and found a whole load of useful stuff for my 17th c character.
