I highly recommend Chris, his plume holders are exactly what you are looking for. On that note, can you make me another one please Chris, the one you made for me ended up on someone elses helmet. More than happy to pay.Davez.

Since we are on the subject, how much would a 2" plume holder cost.
I could really do with one as well!

<MODERATOR> As you are having boy-tin-chatting, rather than deleting this as 'problem solved' , I'm moving this to 1100-1500 period specific as it is useful information.

Why? It is interesting, relevant and funny! That is why it has been moved here - to keep it for later reference. And I will move any wanteds that churn up info worth hanging onto into the relevant section rather than deleting them in Buy and Sell once 'Sorted'.

Hi Alice,

My request for pics of Chris's offerings (and here as part of the thread, rather than by PM) was because it sounded there were a few of us out ther who wanted to see what his plume holders looked like - and it might have been an option to send more business his way. I know the OP's personal problem was solved, but seemed like a couple of other folks had the same interest.

Cheers,
Mark T

Which is why it is cached here - so it doesn't get lost or get deleted after 6 months. Nothing is stopping him fulfilling the request for pictures on this thread or from stopping the conversation continuing and developing. That's the whole idea of moving it to an area where people interested in that subject can see it and join in.

In the same way that Eve's request for who sells Victorian boots and all the sources and suppliers suggested has been cached on costumes where people can add information. Becuase it is of general and pertinent interest and would be wasted if it reached the sales deadline and had to be deleted.

And why any later topics of general interest will be saved for reference by caching on the relevant sections.
