Hi

Sir John Sully was said to have been born in 1281 and died 1387. Normally this would have been attributed to several people of the same name except for his testimony in the Scope-Grosvenor enquiry in 1386. In the enquiry both Sir John de Sully and Sir John Chydioke claimed to be over 100 years in age, and Sir John also claimed that his father lived to be over 100 years in age as well.

Regards

Graham
