Perhaps he wasn't name calling... there isn't a posessive apostrophe... so perhaps it's a device called a 'twats cannon' used by a bloke called Tim.

I dunno about stuff after 1100 so there may wll be such a device... along with a 'tit mangonel' and a 'cleft ram'
