Even by anyones suggestions 90% is WAAAYYYYYY too high a suggestion

As fr as I understand the bulk of the army managed to retreat in good order back to York

And as WM said the MAJOR!!! Rebellion that took place in 1068 could not have happened if 90% of the northern army had been killed.

Thanks for that the epaulettes are rounded

I've found a name on the inside of one of the pockets which tell me this is WW2 as it has the date 1939 inside one of the pockets

Hello all I've recently been given a jacket (I believe it belonged to one of my family) I am not sure wether the jacket is ww1 or WW2 any help you can give me will be appreciated (All I know is it belonged to either my grandfather or great grandfather as one was a captain in WW1 and the other in WW2...
