I make wearable and accurate historical replicas to your specification, in wool, linen and leather for Saxon/Viking re-enactment, which will last for several seasons. Each fabric garment is beautifully hand-finished and is based on archaeological or pictorial evidence. (Other historical periods considered.) |

I will quote you a basic price for fabric garments after discussion of your specific requirements. This price will reflect the considerable time necessary for individually hand-making each piece to a high standard of authenticity and will take into account whether you buy or I supply the fabric.
Current(2003)prices for turned footwear; Basic shoes;UK sizes 3-7; £65 UK sizes 8-10 £80 Basic ankleboot; 3-7; £85 8-10 £100 Larger sizes and other styles are priced individually, following discussion of your requirements. |

All turned footwear is made of vegetable-tanned leather and ENTIRELY handsewn using beeswaxed heavy linen thread. Supplied waterproofed. Sorry I don't have pictures of footwear at present but I will try to make whatever you need. I specialise in Saxon and Viking styles and there is a several month wait.
