Although we can cater for some more combatants, booking in for traders/displays is now otherwise closed for the first event this weekend.

If you're wanting to only fight, email the address below NO LATER THAN THURSDAY 26TH JULY with your name/group name & all contact details; how many cars, tents; a name list of combatants with who is doing what (sword, pole arms etc) and a noncom name list. You MUST also enclose a scanned copy of up to date insurance... no play without it!

Please don't expect an immediate response because as of tomorrow morning, we'll be onsite.

Booking in is still open for the second event on 11-12 August, the deadline is Thursday 2nd August.
