Issue with PM's

I have been able to send PM's without any problems until this week. Now, when I try to send a message, it just stays in the Outbox and doesn't register in my Sent messages. This is causing some difficulty, since I'm currently trying to buy some items from another forum member. Please advise.

The PM moves from the Outbox to Sentbox once it has been opened by the recipient.

What you report suggetss that the recipient hasn't looked at it yet.
