Anyone got any plans or tips to make a waterballoon/snowball sized mangonel or trebuchet?

And I guess I could possibly use it as part of a display or taking care of those annoying MOPS who claim to know everything

They have lots of helps for models, model kits, ideas for all sizes of catapults/mangonels/trebuchets.
I don't think anyone will hold you to your promise of "being good", though.
I suspect everyone will expect the worst.
