Percussion fowling firearm

I am searching in vain for the earliest recorded percussion firearm
The closest I have managed to get is Joseph Manton making reference to them in his 1811 book
In 1807 the idea was patented so a few fowling firearms must have been produced before 1811
Does anyone know of any example

Alexander John Forsyth invented the percussion cap in 1805 and built the first fowling piece to use it.
The Invention was patented by him in 1807, in June 1808 the Forsyth Patent Gun Company was formed to make firearms with locks on Forsyth's principle.

I don't think he did. Forsyth's patent was for his scent bottle lock which although it used mercury fulminate and the percussion principle it was not a cap per se. Later gunmakers developed the idea by enclosing the fulminate in a copper wafer and then a cap.
