Womens Trousers/slack/pants

Postby Uncle Bulgaria » Wed Feb 20, 2008 9:16 am

Dear All

Hope you can help. I'm trying to find a pattern (or indeed some decent pictures) of womens trousers for the 40's.

I know they are high waisted but thats about all. Will probably end up with a few frocks  but want trousers as well.

Any help would be grateful, as i'm running out of search engines

Many thanks

UB
This life must be a test, if it were the real thing we'd have been given better instructions.

Hi
Here are some patterns for the slacks - I've made them both so they're quite simple!!

Here also is some more info http://www.blitzkriegbaby.de/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=419

Hope this helps.

Deb Lough (Tuppence) can probably advise - I'm sure she could even make you some!
