Postby ArmitageOliver » Wed Aug 15, 2012 9:03 pm

Hi

Just wondering if there is anyone out there. It would be good to keep my skills up in the breaks between university as even with events I find myself getting sloppy again wheb returning in September

Just off the top of my head you've got Plymouth Medieval Society and the Devon Medieval Combat Alliance.

apart from the two I mentioned and linked to already?

There's also the Kernow Levy who do Dark Age and Early Medieval but they train and meet in Cornwall.

no they are not members of the WOTR fed but at the end of the day training is training and it is better to do no training at all. the Plymouth based group from what I can work out have a safety standard which is exactly the same as the Thomas Stanley's I am a member of.
