Any local reenacters? (wessex)

I live in the dorset area and i am looking for a medieval reenactment group. Any period within medieval times is fine with me. I am 15, so maybe not old enough to take part in battles, but i am really interested in joining a group! The group doesn't have to be in dorset, but the furthest my parents will take me is to the surrounding countys.
I have been thinking about making my own reenactment group, but because i'm so young i don't think that would be the best solution. I wouldn't be able to manage it, pay for insurance and do my GCSE's at the same time, so i'm holding that off until i am older.
Unfortunately for me i don't have any friends interested in medieval reenactment, let alone reenactment itself. But my dad said he might join with me.

So basically what i am asking is, are there any local medieval reenacters out there? Or is any one in my area interested in starting a group? Because i would be happy to join people in an attempt to start one.
