Crispinettes

Hi there. Does anyone have any advice on how to make a crispinette? I would like to have a go at making one, but the only guide is to glue some rhinestones onto a hairnet! I'm thinking about using modelling wire. Any guidance would be brilliant.

Make sure that little bits of your own hair do not poke out in odd places.
