Dear All,

Given the success of our 2-day "Festival of Historical Literature" at Kelmarsh last year, we have another full programme this year (for details, see our website here: www.thehwa.co.uk/content/events)

Last year, however, it became apparent that the re-enactors, who were not permitted to come to the author events during the day, would have enjoyed the opportunity to meet the authors after hours. To that end, we have organised an hour of 'meet the authors' in the main sales tent from 6pm - 7pm on the evening of Saturday the 14th of July. As many of the authors as is practical will be there, ready, willing and able to sign books or talk about their work.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite bloggers as well as re-enactors: there's no extra charge and the ordinary day passes that give you access to the entire Festival of History will be valid for this as well. The bar will remain open and the beer tents will still be serving.
