Historical Swordplay in Cheshire.
The next Saturday workshop of the Black Boar School of Swordsmanship (Cheshire) will be on Saturday 30th June, studying Liancour's late 17thC Courtsword. This should be ideal for anyone interested in the swordplay of the late 17th / early 18thC or in the study of Historical swordplay in general.

The Cheshire Chapter has been getting off the ground quite well, We have all day workshops instructed by Ian MacIntyre of the main Black Boar school about every other month, and weekday practice sessions on Thursday.

This months workshop will be quite quiet, due to peoples other summer commitments, so if you have any interest in historical swordsmanship, or know anyone that does, now's the time.

Unfortunately we've had to cancel this workshop due to the instructor being marooned in Newcastle by the flooding!
