Old Warden mansion - Jubilee Bank Holidays

Great event David. OK, due to site managment leaving things to last minute and everyone going to somewhere they could book in a lot earlier, no mediaeval traders, so stalls, catering and bar geared to the MOPS (but the porter was worth the money IMHO! Especially when they dropped it to only £3 a pint on Monday night). The site is great, the organisation of the programme worked very well. Great atmosphere, nice audiences. Destrier awesome as always. Hope the owners enjoyed what you put on for them and want to do it again. We were a smaller than usual group thanks to illness and A-levels but had plenty of time to set up the gunnery demo which is important for safety. Thanks too for arranging a rescue for the van which we used as powder store and parked so well away from everyone else we got bogged down. Your cool and calm approach to every little thing which went wrong - as there always will be something going wrong even if just horses which do not like the weather, made for an event where we could enjoy ourselves and relax as well as put on a good show. All the groups pulled in a great appreciative crowd for their arena shows which was lovely.
