Medieval Market at The Canterbury Tales Visitor Attraction

Thought we'd join in this fab community and make you all aware of the annual Medieval Market at The Canterbury Tales in Canterbury.

This great outdoor event will transport visitors back to medieval times with a host of stall offering crafts, wares and activities from the bygone era.

The event takes place on the 9 and 10 of June and is a free event.

We are also looking for additonal stall holders and is a perfect opportunity for medieval traders. To hold a stall at the market is FREE (all thats needed is a refundable £30 holding deposit)

Just to let folks know this show is in the centre of Canterbury, so any traders in the area it may well be worth a shot.Unfortunately I can't make it I have a show elsewhere (grinding of teeth)

Hi,

Can you give us some more details. Is it indoors or out? Is there space for caravans and camping outside or would traders have to travel a long way to camp overnight? Is take-down on the Sunday night or can it be left until Monday? Can goods be left out overnight or would traders have to pack up and set up the next day. How many members of the public do you expect to turn up? Is there car parking outside and are there any steps to get into the venue?
