Don't suppose you're anywhere near Bridlington are you? There's a military trader there who always has boots but only in small sizes. I don't think they're expensive. I know what you mean about budgets etc but Lennon's really are the best, if you can find a pair second hand? Kate
I'm not that far from Brid & could definitely take a trip over there. Can you give me some idea as to where this fellow is?
I will get round to getting some Lennon's sooner or later, but having just spent nearly 2 grand kitting my lad out in his WW1 stuff, I am having to explore more "economical" options for myself.
I hear you! He does the market there (can't remember what day it runs) and he doesn't always have them on his stall, but if you ask him he'll bring some along. We did have some deck boots in a small size for my oldest boy, but I don't know if the other half sold them. If not, you can certainly have first dibs.
As mentioned, Lennons the best by far - may be expensive but they're worth it, wearing mine for five years and absolutely wonderful, when my feet are on the line I wouldn't want budget boots
We are a circus Squadron, we are old '22'
And binge and rev and joyride is all we're fit to do!
