Does anyone have the dimensions for this baldric? I would like to make a copy for my new hanger.

There are actually a whole set of "Littlecoat baldrics"......with, as I remember it a degree of variation. You can get a rough idea of general dimentions from the pictures, and that should be good enough to produce a replica: in an age prior to machine cutting and precision measurement it is probable that they were made like that in the first place!
